Chevrolet Lumina Engine Problem
My engine misfires and when you turn the key it wants to start but makes a boom noise can anyone help me , it has a good fuel pump, water pump, alt. ,starter , router, distriubutor , all the hose's are good and thats about it , i tried carb cleaner , didnt work , almost caught the van on fire but thats another story ,, can you help please , i have no money to fix it and thats why im here.

scan for codes by using a paperclipp in a&b in aldl belwo dash on left side. count the flashes then go back to site here an dlook uner obd1 for codes it will be aseries of three flashes like 1 then 2 that wold be code 12. check fuel pressure if port fuel it shold be 41-47 psi if lower then it needs the fuel system looked at.
