1993 Toyota Camry engine

Some times while driving the rpm will go up and down while slowing down. Do you know what causes this? I've changed the the pvc hose to the throttle body with no luck. What else would you suggest for me to check or replace? I would deeply appreciate your professional help and info. Sincerely;Max

Hi:
If the idle isn't smooth, check for engine vacuum leaks as well as the idle air control valve (IAC). The IAC is responsible for maintaining the engine idle speed on a fuel injected engine.
