How to check fuel pressure
i will like to know pounds with engine off and engine running

For the 4 cylinder it is 31-37 PSI with vacuum. The 6cylinder is 33-37 PSI with vacuum. It should change a little without vacuum whcih would indicate your fuel pressure regulator is working.
