I start my car and it runs for a few seconds then bogs down and dies, then it takes a minute or two of cranking it over and pumping the throttle to start. I changed the plugs and wires have great spark and plenty of fuel going to it.

Just to add to this one if your fuel pressure is up to spec then I would be checking your coolant temp sensor really common for those to go bad on those cars. They will make the car run like that when they go bad. Its the bottom sensor screwed into the head with two wires going to it. Also inspect the connector going to it if the terminals are green or blue instead of silver then the connector will have to be changed also. Do you have a multimeter to test the coolant sensor?
