SO the turn signal light's up and all that when you step on the brake's.When it doesn't start does the engine turn over and it doesn't start? The more detail's the better.

it turns over and runs as long as you gas it. i can disconect wire harnes at kick panel on driver side and it runs fine. i checked the harness from there back and all looks fine.

So when you unhook the tail light it runs good?Otherwise you have to hold the gas pedal down for it to run?

I would check the ground to left side of the brake light's it could be bad and stealing ground from something else like your fuel pump.

If all it was doing was just sending power to the other light's then it wouldn't be dieing correct?Get a ohm's meter ground one lead put it on low scale pop the driver side brake light assembly loose then take the other lead and touch it to the black ground wire going to the brake light it should read 2 ohm's or less to ground.
