I just bought this 93 plymouth duster sundance it has an oil leake the guy I bought it from said it was a seal on the main pully on the crank shaft but my friend looked at and thinks it's coming from the oil pump. It doesn't leak while off only leaks while running more of a squirt then a leak coming from the front right of the vehicle

The oil pump is internal and can not be seen. So, that isn't the leak. Can you better describe where the leak is coming from? Is it the front of the engine? Is it between the engine and transmission?

Okay. As far as the spark, chances are you have a loose connection. Check and clean all corrosion from the battery terminals and make sure they are good and tight. That should stop the sparking.

As far as the oil leak, it does sound like the front main oil seal is leaking. It wouldn't be the oil pump.
