Stalling

My 1993 prelude with an h22a1 ENGINE is dieing when coming to a stop, sometimes has weak acceleration and is hard to start sometimes, It stays idling most of the time, But it is usually when you use throttle or depress the clutch coming to a stop.

The fuel pressure guage is reading 25 PSI. It has an aftermarket fuel rail on it with the guage attached. Is 25 psi normal?

Fuel pressure is 25 - 32 psi with vacuum hose connected so you are within specs.

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing and have you checked for trouble codes?

The check engine light comes with codes 3 ( map sensor ) and 21 ( vtec solenoid valve ) I have cleaned the map sensor, and removed the solenoid valve and cleaned it.

The motor still running bad. When I get the engine revving over 1500 the wierd acting stops and it has all of it's power there.

Yes it is. 3 short blinks = map sensor. I am getting close to taking off the IACV and cleaning it.
