How long since a tune-up? Any applicable codes? We can check the relays/ or ccrm, constant control relay module.

Tune up was about 8K miles earlier. Replaced CCRM no luck. Older and new PCM relays keep going on and off. Error codes 123 and 133, which indicate bad TPS. Could that cause this weird thing

Mine is Flex Fuel. I will re-read the codes again. May be made a mistake reading as I read it counting check engine light flashes.

At the ccrm/ fuel pump relay, At the control side of relay, coil, Yellow wire is voltage, shows to be hot all the time. The lite blue wire with orange tracer is ground, controlled by the computer. The lite blue wire could be intermittently shorting or problem with computer.
