My car keeps stalling and is leaking a dark fluid. What could cause this?

As far as the stalling, how long since a tune-up? Any applicable mil codes? With the fluid leak, could be enginr oil--tranny fluid? Keep an eye on all vehicle fluids. Find the fluid leak and fix-it.

To be honest, I don't think it ever has had one. I just got the car from my mom a couple months back. I will keep an eye on the fluid leak and try to find out where it is coming from.
