Misses real bad in high gear I changed dist. Cap plugwires and plugs still misses you can pull any plug wire off at idle and it dont change idle

Any applicable trouble codes? You can check those, yourself. What's the engine size? A high speed cut-out could be caused by faulty ignition coil? As far as your other issue, I'd want to look at it. Usually if no reaction when you kill cylinder, that cylinder is dead.

It is a 350 motor I checked for vaccume leaks their was none I checked compression all cyclinders are at about 175 accept number 4 it has 0 what does that mean what should I do next.
