1992 Chevrolet Lumina oil problem

My car keeps chugging n wanting to die going down the road and I looked at my air filter and is covered in oil what is the best thing to do to fix it

Chek the coolant for oil as well. These engines liked to blow the upper intake gaskets. Its very common and fixable. Youll see tick brown gunk in the radiator fill neck. If not then theres a problem with excess crankcase pressure. Youll need a good shop to rule out worn rings, meaning engine rebuild or replacement. A simple compression test will show this
