My 4Runner won't start. It cranks but will not turn all the way over.

We have changed the plugs, wires and checked the cap. Also have checked pressure from the fuel pump and changed the fuel filter.

What is the pressure?

Does it have spark? Have changes a lot of distributors in those over the years but it needs to be confirmed

Not sure on the exact pressure. We just disconnected the line from the fuel filter and it was spewing pretty good. And haven't checked the spark yet. That was our next move. Along with checking the volts/ohms on the fuel injectors.

Dont be fooled by spewing fuel. There are specific pressures required to make the car run.
