Relates to a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera, 3.3 liter. When you slow down to stop, the RMP's come down and the engine stalls. When you put the car in neutral sometimes it starts, or when you stop and put it in park it starts. Even if you are not going

-Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve and see what happens

Did clean out IAT and it does not have an EGR valve. What would you suggest next?

Try disconnecting the TCC torque converter clutch solenoid and see what happens
