D4 light blinks and check engine light stays on

I turned on the vehicle and got this light blinking and the check engine light stayed on during my trip home aprox 10 miles. It also consumed around 1/4 of the tank wich surprised me and I dont know if its the transmission and if it is to return the car to the dealer its a 91 accord

You would need to retrieve the trouble code to find out what is wrong.
