Replacement pipe?

First off, thank you very much for helping my diagnose the cause of the leak in my engine. Now, the pipe that the person mentioned to me needs to be replaced. I called up my local junkyard but they said that they didn't have the exact pipe. My question is; is there a similar part out there from a different car that will work for mine?

The engine is on a Metro XFi. Its a 3 cylinder engine and I thing its a 1.O litre. Dont quote me on the litre part. The BT. I have no idea.
