First you have a 30amp fuse F9 in the fusebox under dash left side of steering column. It should be green and next to the flasher relay (round silver(if original) can/thimble shaped object). Then you have the fan switch on dash, the heater control buttons on dash, the blower fan resistor pack, and the blower fan motor itself. And in order for blower fan to work, 1 of the heater button selections besides 'off' has to be chosen. You might as well start by looking at/testing fuse, if that is fine push a heater control button and turn on fan switch to high and then go to blower motor and remove plug and test for power/juice. If it has power then blower fan is bad. If no power locate blower resistor nearby remove plug and test for power there. If no power there the problem could be in your heater control assembly or your fan switch. It is not uncommon for tempos to burn/melt the plug at the back of heater control assembly. To remove requires special tool consisting of 2 'U' shaped stiff 1/8 wires tp push into small holes on each side of control unit. Same thing is used to remove radio. The fan switch can usually be wiggled/pulled out or use small flat tip screwdriver at indicated insertion points on the edge where it meets dash surface.
