Blowers for heat have stopped working. I replaced blown fuse and now all it does is make a weird clicking noise on passenger side dash. What could it

I have seen a few things on line that it could be, relay, hvac motor etc... The fuse was blown but i replaced that today and it still does not work. The a/c didnt work when i got it, so im not too concerned about that, but i am unable to defog my windows when i leave for work in the mornings.

This is typical of a tight motor. The fuse may blow again if you switch the fan speed to high. If it does, unplug the fan motor and try it again. If the fuse doesn't blow that way, replace the motor or remove it and spin it by hand to see if it will free up.
