Chevrolet Caprice Fuse Problem
My 1991 chevy caprice cuts off right when I start it. The fuse that controls the ecm,egr solenoid,air control pops right when i start it and the car cuts off. I have replaced the egr solenoid,fuel filter,fuel pump and fuel injectors . What could cause this?

Which is the fuse that is blowing as per diagram? They are numbered.
There is a short somewhere causing the fuse to blow and this might take some digging time to find out what is wrong.
