Acura Integra Gas Problem

So i noticed that i have oil completely filled in 2 of my spark plug wells and i was wondering why it is like this and what i can do to fix it. Also if i was to take this to a mechanic to get fixed would it cost alot or does anyone know an average estimate on what it would cost to get that fixed. if you need more details let me know

the seals on the valve cover are leaking.

replace the valve cover gasket and seals. replace the wires as well.

at a shop, about 60 in parts and 1.5 hours in labor
