Shakes or Wobbles problem

i have 1998 integra gsr. the car was fine when i bought it a year ago. i got the engine bay washed up because it was really dirty, and a few days after my engine start having problems. now it starts to blow out white smoke from the exhaust and the engine use to shake a lot until i changed the spark plugs cuz the old ones were worn out already and wet from when i got the engine washed, but it still shakes a little bit. what can the problem be?
