1990 Isuzu Truck Repair Question

Just installed a cylinder head on a pick-up w/a 2.3 liter, now i haven't got fire to the plugs. i've got everything plugged back like it come off, any suggestions?

Left distributer in the head when i took the head off, when i got the head from have it rebuilt, the distributer was off but i made sure to time everything right and turned the engine by hand several revolutions.just dont have any fire to the plugs now?need help piz!?

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,cap and rotor,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing
