I get Spark one time and then nothing, I pull the Spout Connector and I can get spark as it should be but it won't start unless I spray fuel In the Throttle body. Checked the injectors and they have 12 volts on both sides of the connector. Got any ideas?

Check the resistances of the injectors if okay check injector wiring back to the computer if its touching each other while computer disconnected-if okay have the computer further checked-start here and let me know-

Most probably the injectors are not pulsing. Check the cam sensor and ECM.
