I HAVE A 1987 MOTORHOME BUILD ON ECONOLINE 350 460CID 7.5 VIN 1FDKE30LXHHA64495 ENGIN STARTS GOOD BUT WHEN I RELEASE GAS PEDAL ENGIN DIES. I HAVE ADDED OCTAINE BOOSTER BUT PROBLEM PERSISTS. COULD IT BE FUEL PUMP? DOES THIS MODEL HAVE FULE PUMP? OR IS IT POSSIBLY FULE FILTER?

According to your VIN number that truck has a carburetor and that is the likely source of your problem. You can test the fuel pressure and volume to make sure there is no problem there.
