My engine coolant light would come on repeatedly, I was constantly putting coolant in but now my rad isn't holding any fluids at all and I want to know if I can fix this with new rad

You're assuming I know what's leaking. If the radiator is leaking, replace the radiator. If something else is leaking like a hose, heater core, or water pump, replace what's leaking.
