Wont turn over possible short and bad battery?

Had possible short and bad battery. Changed battery and I think I have shorted wire or bad pcm. Anyone have diagram so I can test wires for short

I have attached the wiring diagram for the charging system (the first image, it wouldn't let me delete the others) as a start. Have you checked all fuses? It should have tripped under normal circumstances. Also check power and ground to the battery itself.
