Will not crank over or even click

Synced up a new. Replacement key less fob. Just prior to this the truck had no starting issues. Now the engine will not crank over, or even click when I turn the key. All lights and other options still work just fine, it is as if a breaker or fuse is keeping power from reaching starter. Any thoughts on this?

If you replaced the key or ignition/tumbler then it needs to be programmed for security to let it start. Any mechanic with a pro scanner can do this so you do not need to go to dealer for it.

Thanks but I did not replace the key or tumblers. I put key in ignition held the unlock door button on door panel turned key to on then off position twice, released unlock door button then held the lock and unlock button on key less remote. The door lock and unlock cycled once then I turned key back to on position before removing it.

I am assuming battery is good and has been checked including a load test.
