wire harness on starter loose

My car won't start unless someone jiggles the wire harness on the front of the starter while cranking it...I'm not 100% sure it's the starter (it's located on the front of the black box next to the battery) I was wondering if there was something I could do other than take it a shop and pay a crazy amount of money..please help me

Not the starter that is Battery junction box suspect wire contact is loose

I looked it up and it says it's the power distribution box or the fuse box pretty much..how do I fix it?

Open and check for loose connections due to possible fire potential and stranding would have professional look at this
