What I would do is go right to the wiper motor and use a close pin and back probe the connector on the three power wires and see if you have voltage on the purple/green wire when you turn them on. Then move to the black brown and black and green as you increase the speed. If you have voltage on the purple/green wire then the Body controller is sending the on signal to the motor. If nothing on the other two then we need to move to the relay.

Let's just start with this and go from there. However, I suspect it is either the relay, body module, motor, or wiring. Clearly if you have voltage on all the wires but it doesn't work then I would replace the motor.

Can you tell me where the relay is exactly and how to spot it?

So when I turn the ignition on I heard something like the wiper motor humming, hit it with a hammer without removing anything and nothing happened. Moved the wipers arm up by hand and there was some resistance but then it worked back down but they are not strong enough to go up. Did it many times and they would move down whenever I move it with hand then start to hum again.

I attached the info about the relay. However, it sounds like the motor is the issue. The humming you are hearing is the normally characteristic of a failed motor.

I included the process for the motor replacement. The motor humming is basically it not being able to move the component it is supposed to move, in this case the wipers. This could be because the wiper arms are locked in place and the motor is not strong enough to overcome it. However, you proved that out by moving the arms and it worked for a time or two. Now it has completely failed so I would just go ahead and replace it.
