Window making crackling/screeching sounds.

2003 BMW 745i ; When I changed the window regulator, the window stops every 2-3 inches when going down & up. When it's all the way up or down, it sounds like the window is still going up/down, and making a crackling noise. The crackling only starts when the window is all the way up or down. Can anybody help me with my problem? Thanks.

The window has to be initialized to do so hold the up button in the up position for like 10 seconds then release it should then function normally

The windows reinitialize through the SSS program or with a scan tool
