Why does my car buck and bog down when I give it gas or put it in neutral

If I put it in neutral it die and when im driving it and shift gears it bucks alot. I cleaned the idle control valve and changed my fuel filter but no changes. Also I dont know if its realted but when I press the clutch in it revs up my rpms? Im not a car guy and dont have much experience.

Have a pro scan for codes and check fuel pressure first it may have a wire in way of clutch operation or vacuum line coming off

Ok 1 more thing I have a friend that came over and adjusted the idle and tured it up and now with it up it dont stall when I come to a stop but still bucks when im driving. I dont have the money to have a pro look at it thats why im on here to see if its something I can maybe do.

Scan for codes see pic and count flashes of check engine light get back to us with codes. Check fuel pressure with key on only see pic fo r jumper location. Autoparts rent gauge
