I ended up taking the head off and stripping it bare. The valves i'm going to clean and also reuse everything but not the remaining springs. But there is a problem; I can't find them to buy anywhere! Please help.

Good morning,
Rock auto has the springs for you. I attached the link to the springs for you.
I would also suggest lapping in the valves providing the margins are still good.

Awesome! You're the man! Which one would you suggest? I do plan on lapping the valves while I wait for the springs. Any stores sell the suction cup tool used to lap the valves? Also what cleaning agent do you suggest using to clean the cylinder head body?

Measure the height of the springs to match up.
Parts stores will carry the tool and ask for a valve grinding compound.
