You have to be more descriptive? But most likely the brakes a wheel bearing or a bad tire. Does the noise get louder or quieter while changing lanes?

If it makes a groaning type noise it is most likely a wheel bearing. You would have to be more specific, though. Lift your car up on a jack so that the suspected wheel is off the ground. Rock the wheel back and forth to see if there is any movement, if there is movement your wheel bearing is more likely the problem.

If the wheel bearing is not that far gone there wont be play in the wheel bearing even if it is bad. A lot of the time this is the case. You can jack up the front end with the tire off the ground and put the truck on jack stands. Then put one hand on the coil spring while spinning the tire as fast as you can with the other hand. If the bearing is bad you should be able to feel the roughness in the bad bearing thru the coil spring. Compare both sides to each other.
