Codes P0700 and P0751

Engine light on. Took car to Autozone codes P0700 and P0751. No first or fourth gear.

The P0700 just means that a code is set in the TCC and in this case it is that P0751.

That P0751 refers to a fault with the first to second shift valve performance, which is located inside the transmission.

It is possible that it is that shift valve but there are some other things to try or check first.

Correction: That should have read "The P0700 just means that a code is set in the TCM", not TCC. Which stands for the transmission control module.
