I need to set the curb idle speed to factory specifications.

See pictures on how to do it and what the spec is. You do not just adjust the screw. Also, clean throttle plate and IAC hole with choke cleaner before you start.

I need the Initial Throttle Plate open setting in Stop Screw turns or thousands of an inch. I moved the Throttle plate Stop Screw prior to getting an answer on Idle Speed Adjustment.
