What is the correct RPM

Idle control problems, the light is on and I have a code of P0507 just need to know what is the correct RPM to a Mitsubishi Galant 2001 ES 4cl. My car have 140,000 mile but is running good. I be alive that if I can get the correct RPM I could have run correctly. This is the problem I have and I will be grateful if you can help me with this problem. Thank you for your help.

650-750 rpm at idle in neutral (manual) or park (automatic). RPM should stay the same for an automatic when put in gear, the computer controls it
Try following the guide below on servicing the throttle body, it will help stabilize the idle

When car is running at Idle, revs go up & down. When we start to accelerate, revs drop then picks up. After about 20 mins running we get a loss of power & it takes time to speed up. Changed spark plugs, oil, oil filter & air filter. Steering wheel cruise control leaver nothing working. Any Idea, s friends. Steve' Glasgow' Scotland.

Check and test the following, Idle air control motor, airflow sensor, MAP and TPS sensors to include vacuum leaks and the fuel pressure
