I've replaced almost everything; starter, fuel pump, plugs, battery 02 sensor, cam position sensor, and timing belt. I hope i timed it correctly. It acts like it's not getting fuel. I've replaced the fuel rail and injectors, I've sprayed starter fluid in throttle body.

Hi,

Did the engine start for a few seconds using starting fluid? If it didn't, it sounds like there is no spark at the plugs. Have you checked for spark? If not, here is a link that explains how it's done:

Also, if you could record it cranking and upload it for me to hear, it would be helpful.

Let me know.
