VSC system and ABS/traction lights are on

Have the vehicle listed above hybrid. The VSC system check is flashing and the ABS/traction light is also on. Whenever the traction light flashes the car hesitates. Could this be due to a bad skid control ECU or something else? Check engine light is not on.

This is common when one of the wheel speed sensors goes out. To be sure lets run the codes. here is a video to show you how:
