Both low beam stopped working, fuses are good, tested lamps there ok. Could it be relays?

Is this regular headlights or are they Bi-Xenon bulbs? Also what fuses did you check? There are several fuses. When you checked the fuses did you see if you had current flowing through the circuit? Do your high beams also work?

Ok so you checked fuses in the engine compartment. If you put a test light on it then I am assuming you dont have any power. When you open the driver door on the side of the dash is a cover. Remove the cover and check fuse #1 15AMPS If fuse is good grab a test light and make sure there is power going through it. If it is good the next step can be a little challenging if your not mechanicly inclined since it will involve removing the Central Electronic Module and checking the Shunt which looks like a thin computer chip and then checking the relay. I can supply the wiring diagram. Let me know what you find on the fuse first. And so that we are clear all the other lights work correct?
