I RECENTLY WENT TO GET AN INSPECTION AND I FAILED THE MIL COMMAND-ON AND STEERING MECHANISM WHAT EXACTLY ARE THESE PARTS AND HOW COULD THEY BE FIXED IN ORDER TO GET MY INSPECTION?

What state are you in? For the Check Engine light you will need to have it diagnosed and repair. For the second part I dont understand either? Were there fault codes rcorded during your inspection?
