My wife stopped to get her morning coffee. When she started her car if began shuttering/vibrating in idle. IN gear the problem would get worst, until you got up to speed. The engine light came on after about five minutes. Checked oil, it was a little low, checked anti freeze, (temp ok)

You most likely have an engine mis-fire and the MIL will properly read p0300 (random mis-fire)

You are due for spark plugs, have they been changed yet?
