Hello

Looks like a nice car. It does have some miles, and that is okay but expect for normal things to be going out. Though you don't truly trust this person do you feel like you paid a fair price for it? How is the interior? The outside looks good. How are the tires... Much tread?

I will need a little more information to better help you and will give you a couple of things to do and then get back with us.

First, I show several 4 cylinder models below: So please let me know which one you have.

1.9L DSL Turbo (AAZ)

1896cc 1.9L DSL Turbo (1Z)

2.0L (ABA)

When he says there is a problem with the fan... Is he talking about the radiator fan or the AC/Heater fan inside the car?

When you are inside the car and turn the AC on, does that fan blow through all of the speeds?

The strange sound... We need a little bit more. When does this sound happen, right at start up only, when you are idling, when you are driving, when you race the engine... Try to be more specific there. Then what happens when you turn the AC on... Does it go away, get worse? Okay, open the hood and start the car..... Please be careful of all the moving items. But just stand there, look and listen. Look at all the moving items and try to narrow it down to a more specific area. Also while the hood is up and the engine is running is the radiator fan turning at all? If not, please turn the AC on and then see if it is turning and let me know.

Last, please go to Auto Zone or O'Reilly's and for free, ask them to check the car for any codes and pull them for you. Please make sure if there are codes you tell us the code number and what they say it is also. Example... They may say code E0221 - O2 Sensor. We need to know the whole thing. Next while you are there, for free also, ask them to bring their tester out and check your battery, alternator and starter. If they ask why just tell them it has been starting a little funny. They will tell you if the battery, alternator and starter are good or if one or all are getting ready to go.

Now, if you can pleas do those things and when you get back with me try to be as specific as possible on your answers that would be great and we will do our best to provide you with some advice/suggestions.

Hope this helps

Ok the sound comes exactly when I turn the car on, many people who have seen the car says that it is the belt of the alternator. They say it is to dry already thats why I makes a realy noisy sound.
Secondly the ac and heather work perfect, then I checked the radiator fan and it wasnt moving even when the ac on as u told me, in the cluster the tempt gauge is blinking and the check engine light is on.

I havent checked with autozone for codes yet.
Is the check engine light is on bcuz of the radiator fan?
And also id like to know how much aprox. Would cost me to repair these things. Also when I turned the key without turning the car on, I heard a sound like coming around the batery is it normal in these type of cars?

Hello
Okay, so I can ensure I provide you with the correct info, up in my prevous reply, I need to know some more specifics about your car. Please let me know if the engine is a 1.9L DSL Turbo (AAZ), 1896cc 1.9L DSL Turbo (1Z), or 2.0L (ABA).

Next, please go to Auto Zone or O'Reilly's and for free they can pull the codes to the car. Most important. Once they check your codes, if they find something and you don't get it fixed and need to get back with us, please make sure you tell us exactly what the code was, number and all. Example, if the code was E0568 O2 Sensor bad. Then make sure you give us all of that. This is especially import also, while there for free also they can bring their tester out and check your battery, alternator and starter.

I need all the above accomplished to better provide you with the answers you need. Please do the above, get back with me on my specific questions and requests below, and we will do what we can to have that car in top shape!
