Check the fuses. If its not a fuse, then replace your Vehicle Speed Sensor. The VSS has a big impact on the functionality of your instrument panel. Also you may want to check the electrical connection from the instrument panel to its source, it may have become dislodged sometime during repairs or whatever. Hope this helps!
