Jetta TDI glow plug multiple burn

I have a 2002 jetta et I have changed glow plug number 2 (code 672) 3 times in 2 weeks and still burned an now glow plus number 4 (674)
can some one help
I have test the Gplug everytime. And Changed it with the same model Bery GN 855

Are you talking about a light or all the dash lights? The answer to access is to take apart the dash and pull out the cluster of gauges to get to the bulbs.

I'm was only talking about the backlight in the dashboard but I now realize that there should be other lights that come on briefly during startup but don't. I was afraid I would have to remove the dash. Thanks!
