2001 Volkswagen Jetta 4 cyl 100000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
My engine has been running rough so I hooked it up to the computer and that told me that my cylinders were misfiring. I changed the spark plugs and cleaned my air filter (K and N), but it still isn't running smooth. What should I do to make my engine run smooth again?

A full tune up would include the wires (If origanal), Fuel filter, an oil change if one hasn't been done recently, PCV valve (Check owners manual), and make sure you are getting good fuel (cheapest is rarelly the cheapest in the long run). These are all things that should be done on most vehicles around 100,000 miles. If that doesn't get it running smooth you probably have something else wrong in your ignition system.
