2000 Volkswagen Jetta OBD-II manual code 3130

I have a TDI Jetta and am testing out my OBD-II. The code that came up is P3130. None of my codes listings go that high. Can't figure out why it keeps coming up and what does it mean?

I think that that code has to do with "EGR System Regulation Limit Exceeded".

Check the EGR and be sure that the vacuum diafragm its working right with no leaks and remove the carbon build up from the lines.
