2000 Volkswagen Jetta Boing noise when steering

2000 Volkswagen Jetta 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My 2000 Jetta has been making a boing noise, similar to a spring overstretching and recoiling, when making hard or near limit turns, for example turning into tight parking spots. Any ideas of what this could be caused by? Thank You for any responses in advance.

I have them same problem. The issue is with the Control Arms Bushings. They are worn out. Either get new control arms (both sides) or just order the bushings. I'm just doing the bushings but I upgraded them to a TT/R32 bushing. You can find them on Ebay or mjmautohaus. Com
