1994 Volkswagen Jetta reservoir tank

I just bought a new reservoir tank for my 1994 jetta because the old one was leakin and it is still leaking. Its isnt coming from the hoses. And there isnt a crack or anything. It seems like there is too much presure bild up in the tank. And the water leaks alot when the car is headed up. Do you know what is wrong?

HI there,

I would first get the cooling system warm and have it pressure tested to the correct pressure, if there are no leaks, replace the pressure cap as it may be faulty.
