could you tell me where to check the power steering fluid and where you put it.

The power steering resevoir is in the front of engine compartment, to the right. It should be small with an indent in the top. It has a little picture of a steering wheel and a drop of fluid over it on cap. Will look similar to below picture. The letter "A" in picture represents fill line on dipstick. Fill the fluid in the same resevoir that you check fluid.
