When I go at a steady speed of approximately 45 MPH my vehicle stutters like I am going over a rumble strip. If I accelerate slightly or let off the accelerator slightly the stuttering stops. Once I get to a steady speed of over 50 it does not do it any more.

Hi and welcome to 2CarPros.

It is possible you have thrown a wheel weight and one of your tires is out of balance. 45 MPH is one of the harmonic speeds an out of balance tire will vibrate at. Have you had your wheel balance checked?
