I HAVE A 2003 VAUXHALL VECTRA 2.2DTI. FITTED NEW MULTI V BELT AND TENSIONER. ON TICK OVER THE BELT VIBRATES AND THE TENSIONER ALSO AND MAKES A RUMBLING NOISE. HAD NEW CRANK PULLEY FITTED 16 MOUNTHS AGO. ALL OTHER PULLEYS FILL OK ANY IDEAS.

I would double check all other pulley's are good?

Done that. All spin freely. Could the Pully's be warn where the belt uns on them?

Check for a bad alternator or A/C compressor. This could be adding drag to the belt when hot causing the vibration?
